New Thermal Camera for Electronics Development and Testing
Monday, April 24, 2017
In the electronics industry, development teams want nothing more than to ensure their products have the highest quality performance and reliability. Now, FLIR has just the solution to help advance product testing and quality assurance in the electronics industry.
We’re pleased to announce the FLIR ETS320, a thermal imaging and temperature measurement solution purpose-built for benchtop work that provides a critical new thermal perspective on electronics testing.
FLIR engineered the ETS320 for thermal testing and analysis in electronic on electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). It combines a high-sensitivity thermal camera with an adjustable table stand to provide consistent, non-contact thermal testing through the entire electronics design, development, and production process.
With more than 76,000 points of temperature measurement, the FLIR ETS320 allows users to monitor thermal performance, detect hot spots, and identify potential points of failure during product development. The camera’s measurement accuracy and its ability to visualize small temperature differences help testers evaluate thermal performance, ensure environmental compatibility, and troubleshoot problems for a wide range of components.
The rechargeable, battery-powered ETS320 sets up quickly and easily, so product developers can have an immediate, real-time view into the thermal performance of their designs. The unit comes fully assembled and ready to connect to a PC running FLIR Tools+ software for detailed data analysis, recording, and reporting.
The FLIR ETS320 is now available for purchase through established FLIR distribution partners. For more information, please visit www.flir.ca/ETS320.
